Who’s Best at Fighting the War on Drugs?
Although legalizing drugs is just one small aspect of the libertarian movement, it receives an outsized amount of attention, which is understandable given the strong feelings on both sides of the argument. Now, forgive me but I’m a bit new to the idea of legalizing drugs. When I read Ron Paul’s The Revolution it was one of the ideas that caught me off-guard and left me saying “Ok, I like a lot of the other stuff he said, but legalize drugs? That’s crazy talk.”

Violent Crime in a Libertarian Society
This is an issue on which I’m still ignorant of the libertarian position.
In a libertarian society there would theoretically be no public court system. A violent crime would be brought to a private court, where the victim would make a case for restitution against the perpetrator. Fair enough, but what of the perpetrator who will not voluntarily come to court? Who catches him? Under what authority? How is he held, and under what authority?
